I design and build new tools to augment how we think, learn, and create.
These tools manifest as interfaces of different scales and forms — sometimes software, sometimes hardware, sometimes space. Often, they’re a blend of all three.
I practice this work professionally as a Creative Director / Technologist hyphenate at New York-based design studio Local Projects.
I’ve led and contributed to a number of projects at the studio, ranging from a unique take on augmented reality in the art museum, to tangible building blocks for learning synthetic biology, to entire museum experiences like Planet Word.
Some of my (much) older work is preserved here, without any pretense of redaction. I’m also on GitHub.
